ATO guidance on CGT exemptions for granny flat arrangements

The ATO has produced website guidance on CGT exemptions for granny flat arrangements that gives eligible people the right to occupy a property for life started from 1 July 2021. To be eligible there must be a written agreement in place between the property owners and the elderly or disabled people.
