The increased fees will apply from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.
Company Registration
– Registering a company name will increase to $506
Company Name Reservation
– Reserving a company name will increase to $51
Company Annual Review Fees
– Annual review fee for a proprietary company increase to $273
– Annual review fee for a special purpose company increase to $55
– Late Payment Fee if payment is received within month after due date increases to $82
– Late Payment Fee if payment is received more than 1 month after due date increases to $340
Business Name Registration
– Registration or renewal fee for one year increases to $37
– Registration or renewal fee for three years increases to $87
