The increased fees will apply from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
Company Registration
– Registering a company name will increase to $576
Company Name Reservation
– Reserving a company name will increase to $59
Company Annual Review Fees
– Annual review fee for a proprietary company increase to $310
– Annual review fee for a special purpose company increase to $63
– Late Payment Fee if payment is received within month after due date increases to $93
– Late Payment Fee if payment is received more than 1 month after due date increases to $387
Business Name Registration
– Registration or renewal fee for one year increases to $42
– Registration or renewal fee for three years increases to $98
